ATP MASTER – INTERNAZIONALI BNL d’ITALIA
NSA has started its collaboration with the Italian Tennis Federation for the management of the ticketing service of the tournament in 2004. The targets of the first year were the reorganization of the office, the reinforcement of the relation with the “tennis addicted”; a pro-active attitude to assist and inform aiming at the sold-out of the Finals. The results achieved in the first year were + 15% of incomes and + 3% of audience.
In the following 14 years, the huge growing in popularity of tennis, the exciting rivalries between great champions, and on our side, the efficient organization of the ticketing services has made it possible to obtain increasing figures: almost all the sessions sold out every year, and finally the exceptional results achieved on occasion of this last edition, 224.360 paying spectators at the Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2019. The TOTAL INCOME was a record: 13.257.949 euros.
For the Italian Tennis Federation, NSA offers consultancy in optimizing the plant, defining plant sectors, weighted sales price analysis, relationship with the centralized electronic ticketing system provider, ticketing website management; call center, foreign relations and development of incoming projects, offering staff for access control and management of on-site sales points for the duration of the Tournament.
NSA experience in the world of international tennis has allowed the Group to develop profitable relationships with the main sponsors of the event: Fedex, Ricoh, Nike and, not least, the title sponsor BNL, for them we take care of their hospitality lounges, welcome services and the setup of their spaces, provide organizational support, accounting and a team of well-skilled brand ambassadors.
